Anyone walked the Hadrian's Wall walk?

Me and some friends are planning to walk end to end Hadrian's Wall walk, all 84 miles. We're planning on taking tents and camping at pitching sites. I was just wondering if anyone reading has done the same walk and if they have any advice for us!
