Before my period, I always get really sick?

Due to hormone fluctuations and such before and during your period, it is common for SOME women to get sick beforehand. It's not normal for everyone though. To be honest, I really think that you should check with your doctor. They can probably put you on some kind of medication to help keep you from getting sick that time of the month.
