I had some like (?)black nose vomit(?) last night and now foul stuff is trying to come up my throat. HELP ME?

I woke up last night sputtering black stuff out my nose like vomiting and I was gagging but I'd taken sleeping medicine and could barely stay awake. I cleaned myself up and stripped the sheet off and washed face and went back to bed. Noone was here to help me. So then I awoke with this smell soooo foul I thought I should rather shoot myself than smell it. I blew a bunch of black out and I did several sinus "netty pot" things and I don't really smell it as bad now. I don't think I smell it at all but the smell was SOOO BAD it is like I can't get rid of THE MEMORY of the smell. So then today all day I've been feeling kind of weird because of all that and my nose hurts along with the sort of memory of the worst of it. But I thought "oh well I shall see Dr. on Monday and they'll explain" and I just prayed that was all. But now as I'm sitting watching T.V. I'm starting to feel feverish and then I started feeling nauseous and very very FULL as if I'd just eaten a HUGE feast when in fact I've ate absolutely nothing. And now I'm feeling kinda like vomit coming up the back of my throat and it feels sorta like the nose stuff and I keep burping up fluidy stuff. I'm a very unhealthy person. For the past five years I've been very sick with problems and symptoms the doctors haven't yet even been able to explain. So they do know however that I have gastroperesis and acid reflux disease and IGG3, etc. But even so I've NEVER had this nose vomit thing and I vomit A LOT. DAILY. I've even had a bezoar but never this. Anyway does anyone know WHY this is happening to me? Does anyone know WHAT is happening to me? Does anyone know how to STOP IT???? What I should do??? Please help I'm alone and sick and afraid!
