ok so im flying outsidr the is with my dog through continental and they said i needed a health certificate but i have a dog license from animal control. ok so i have a vet but they were giving out free rabies shots one day sponsored by jerimiah heely so i got his rabies shot there so where do i get his health certificate in jersey city,nj???????
