Can you get sick from cigarette burn marks?

About a week ago I decided to burn myself by extinguishing the fag on my arm. It hurts but nothing too bad. But the thing is, I've been feeling feverish for bout a week. Could there be an infection of something. The wound doesnt look infected and the scar i couldnt careless.
