Do you think I caught the stomach flu from the kid?

Okay so I'm one of the coaches for the special olympics in my area and today there was this little boy who seemed a bit sick all day. I was around him quite a bit and at the end of the thing he threw up. Right now my stomach is feeling a bit weird but I don't feel feverish or anything. Do you think I caught whatever he had?
