How much will it cost to put new leather in a 1965-80 lincoln continental?

I am looking into restoring an old Lincoln Continental and was wondering how much it would cost to redo the leather. Also how much will it cost to redo the rest of the interior like the headlining and maybe the carpets. Also do different colors of leather cost more that others?
