Why do you think you have HIV? Does this girl have HIV? Honestly, most people would not be symptomatic until years later. It sounds like you have a viral gastroenteritis. Just a regular old flu bug. You are probably fine, I think you are just stressing yourself out. Of course it is never good to have unprotected sex. You should probably go in and just get tested for all the STDs just to put your mind at ease. And of course, next time use a condom. Good luck to you.
