3 year old throwing up and bronchitis?

My 3 year old daughter got sick at daycare yesterday around 11am and threw up twice. She had a fever of 109 and she only had one coughing fit last night and was feverish the whole night. We took her to the doctor today and he said that she has broponchitis. This does not make sense to me. I had bronchitis and her symptoms don't seem like bronchitis. she only coughed once, had no wheezing or tighness and complained aout tummy ache. Should I get a 2nd opinion?
