Do i have appendicitis?

The last few days iv felt like a cold was coming on. I haven't had a cough but have felt feverish and nauseous off and on. Last night i began vomiting and then was able to fall asleep after it stoped. i then threw up once this morning. after this morning i felt completely better. then about an hour ago i started to feel feverish again and a light ache pain on the lower left quadrant of my stomach that started next to my belly button. I feel like this could be appendicitis but i have severe acid reflux and often get sick from it and this time i also had the acid reflux which makes me think it isn't appendicitis and that the pain is from pulling a muscle while vomiting?
