Have i got herpes????

hi i have a new boyfriend for 6 months. within 24hours i have deleloped blisters and lumps inside my vagina aswell as my groin glads have risen alot so they are noticable. i cant wee because it stings so much. it has made me feel really low and feverish. i had an abortion not long ago ( month) m not sure if its an effect from that but my boyfriend had a full std inspection and came back all clear. im in agony and need to no. as the bank holidays over her i cant see gp until 4 days time and thats too long.what can i put on it to help it or what else could it be????? xxx
