I am sick all the time, I am achey from head to toe, nausea but no vomiting headache sore throat I am fatigued?

I am tired all day and when its time to go t bed I cant sleep. I sleep for an hour or two at the most then I wake up for an hour then the cycle starts over again. I am very achy all the time, my throat hurts all the time. I fell feverish a lot and I will feel sick 3 out of every 4 weeks. What is wrong with me? Im scared and feel like Im going to die. I dont have any kind of health insurance so going to all kinds of different doctors is NOT an option for me. Please help me. And I know that its not mold in my house or my centeral air unit because those have been checked.
