Should I take my 5 month old to the hospital?

He has been fussy all night and he's even worse this morning. I can's find my thermometer but he feels very feverish. he keeps whining and won't eat. He also seems very lethargic. He'll wake up whine and then fall back asleep. His nose seems a little runny but that's it.
