Fatigue..fever..feeling hot and cold..soar throat ??? whats going on?

lately for the past two weeks i have been feeling various symptoms such as fatigue, feeling hot and cold, feverish and i have a soar throat. i am 15 years old. I have been to the doctor twice, i took a blood test for glandular fever but i dont have anything. whats going on ??
