What illness has these symptoms?

I have a severe sore throat, bad headache, nasal congestion, dizziness when I stand, and I feel feverish. But I've tried taking ibuprofen and it didn't help at all so what do you think it might be? I think it could be the flu but I'm not vomiting. Thanks to anyone who helps.(and please excuse any misspellings)
