I get rashes on my body after a night of drinking. Anyone else who has the same experience?

This has happened to me twice now. I occasionally drink beer or coolers. But the first time I drank way past my limit(almost 3years ago and promised myself wouldn't do it again), I woke up with rashes on my back and chest. And it happened last night again. I woke up feeling feverish (which could be just hangover), then my back, and legs got so itchy. I checked my body and saw rashes all over my back and chest and stomach, the same ones that I got 3 years ago.It should go away by tomorrow like last time. Is anyone having the same problems? Does anyone know the reason? I usually drink in moderation and never gets rashes. Only when I drink too much. And yes I am legally allowed to drink.
